The Power of Flowers Chiang Rai hosted an amazing Flower and Art festival at the beautiful Garden of Reeds in December 2023 - January 2024. Visiting was a wonderful opportunity to see and smell an array of colourful flowers. The diversity of flowers and hues was inspirational, and it created a serene environment in the heart of this small northern city in Thailand.
